HandBook for Human Potential
An accessible guide to personal growth
GuideBook for Your Innate Human Potential
For and By the Wayshowers video call #2 welcome
About the book
How This Book Began:
I, Chandra Zas am the self-declared book momma. I love writing. I have dreamed of writing a book since I was child. I am deeply passionate about personal growth and transformation.
In 2023 I nearly joined a multi-author book…
Then I started thinking about all the amazing people I know who have their own business and are on similar missions to mine. Off the top of my head I wrote down 19 people; I looked at the list and said what is the commonality? And answered, “human potential.”
I asked my top five potential authors if they would join. When they all said yes, this book began.
I gave each author the task to share their expertise and above all to give the reader key takeaways that the reader can bring into their life upon reading the chapter. This is what I said,“We each distill our message and we each write our chapters with the aim to give real tools to raise collective human potential.”
A labor of love
I thought the book would be written, edited, and published within six months… whoops.
The editing/publishing company I initially hired turned out to not be the quality I wanted. They took the original book title and threatened to sue me.
I took on the heavy lifting of both editing and publishing with trusted referral consultants Heidi and Sharon. I am grateful for each of their expertise and help.
Exact publishing date is soon to be set. Fall of 2025.

Dr. Sharman is passionate about supporting individuals in their journey to regain the
utmost health and happiness.
Dr. Erin Sharman earned her Naturopathic Doctorate from the National University of
Natural Medicine. After graduating, she completed a 2-year certified post-doctoral
residency with A Family Healing Center, emphasizing primary care, pediatrics, and pain management. As a family practitioner, she has extensive training in pediatrics,
women’s health, pain management, cardiovascular disease, nutrition counseling,
gastrointestinal disease, thyroid management, and hormone balancing. Her latest
endeavor is natural anti-aging techniques.
During her studies, Dr. Sharman completed a two-year clinical mentorship in women’s health under the direction of Dr. Kimberly Windstar and a six–month internship focusing on chronic disease management and biotherapeutic drainage with Dr. Dickson Thom.
She has additional training in Ayurvedic medicine and has a certification in Ayurvedic
Herbalism. Dr. Sharman believes strongly in the holistic approach to medicine,
integrating nutritional and lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, and homeopathy to provide individualized patient-centered care.
When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Sharman is a mother of three, farmhand,
dancer, musician, and explorer.
Growing up in rural Idaho, Greg had dreams of becoming a farmer one day. After getting into
college at BYU-Idaho, he decided that he derives more satisfaction from taking care of people,
so he became a nurse instead. Upon graduation, he worked in pediatrics, emergency trauma,
and directed the Maliheh Free Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Fluent in Spanish, Greg decided to pursue his graduate degree in nurse anesthesia at the
InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, attracted by both its educational and cultural
opportunities. While there, he learned to scuba dive, Latin dance, went skydiving, and fell in
love with Puerto Rican food and its people.
His first job as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) was just outside of Chicago. He
then moved to San Francisco and worked at the University of California, San Francisco. While
there, one of his patients told him about the incredible effects that ketamine can have on
depression. That pivotal conversation would later inspire him to move to Reno, Nevada, and
open Radiance Ketamine Clinic in 2020, followed by VividLife Ketamine Clinic in Concord,
California, in 2024.
Greg currently lives in Reno with his fabulous partner, Kiko. When not administering ketamine
treatments to his patients, Greg enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, volunteering, singing in
the gay men's chorus, and spending time with those he loves.

Diana Elizabeth was born and raised in the Sierras of Northern Peru.
From an early age, she carried an unshakable sense that there was more — more than what could be seen, taught, or explained. A natural investigator, she was drawn to the unseen layers of life: the root, the why, the nucleus behind it all.
Though she pursued a traditional path and earned a degree in Business Management, that deeper calling never faded. It moved quietly beneath the surface, always reminding her that truth lived beyond what the world had to offer.
When she encountered Human Design in 2015, it wasn’t just fascinating — it was awakening. It gave structure and language to what she had always intuited. Her chart revealed with precision what she had known all along, and as she began guiding others, she saw the same unfolding again and again: people recognizing themselves — sometimes for the first time — through the clarity of their design.
She committed fully to this path, completing four years of professional training to become a certified Human Design Analyst, followed by a year of advanced specialization in Life Cycles and Relationships.
Today, Diana integrates grounded expertise, intuitive depth, and lived experience. She sees Human Design as a powerful and practical tool — not only for returning to your authentic self and path, but for raising aligned children, building conscious families, and helping businesses thrive by honoring each person’s uniqueness.
Her work is an invitation:
To meet yourself with depth.
To experience your design as a living, breathing compass — one that leads you home, anchors you in your power, and guides you to walk through life as your own authority.
