1. Honor Your Body’s Signals
Your body is constantly communicating—from cellular needs to gut instincts. Notice your visceral “Yes” or “No.”

2. Befriend Uncomfortable Emotions

Anxiety is often a sign of a dysregulated system. We focus heavily on nervous system regulation to help you move out of “fight or flight.” By building somatic awareness, you learn to catch the stress response early, allowing for healthy emotional processing instead of shutting down or exploding..
